I have mapped "2" to Keys "Close 20%" in HotKeys section. It works fine if I use 2 key at top of the keyboard but numpad 2 key is not working. How do I map numpad keys to hotkeys?
Also how does "Open a position in parts" in settings tab work? cannot find enough details about it.

1. Set entry points on the chart and click save file.
2. You don't need to open the file. This will be done by the application when you turn it on in the tester.
3. Open the strategy tester, specify the symbol, testing period, set the application settings with which you want to test.
Is there a set file you have that might fix early closes I am running into with the last few releases. For some reason Trade Assistant closes my trades early and I don't know why. I tried and modify the set file but it doesn't always fix the problem. Is it because the SL is set to 50% even though it doesn't show this in the software application? I have attached some screenshots to help illustrate the problem. Thanks

1. Find out how the closing happens - this can be viewed in the Expert terminal tab, the trading assistant records there what function it closes your transactions, and you can also determine from which chart.
2. Expert tab - select "Open Folder" from the menu - send me a file for the day in which there was a problem and indicate the number of the transaction that needs to be investigated.
What can be - the deal can be closed from another chart, this can be determined by the entries in the Expert tab.
This may be due to the "Manage All Symbols" feature enabled - disable this feature for each panel.
Or when one Symbol is controlled by several applications from another window of the same Symbol - do not use the application twice for the same Symbol.

Attached is another picture of an automatic close that happened yesterday as well. I also notice that there was another pair that had the SL practically on top of the price line which I was able to move. After I moved it, I noticed it didn't move back automatically like what happens with Trailing Stop. I also notice that all of the order displayed a closed position % - at 50% (see location in the attached screenshot) which I don't know where that would come from. I went into the set file (attached) and removed it. Sometimes I notice once I turn off TP1 and TP2 they will still be actives until I change it in the set file. None of this matters, but I really need to find out why some of my orders are closing early since this is costing me money (not real money, but Prop money). Let me know if I am doing something wrong.

I forgot to say that I use Trade Assistant every day on every trade and it is a great product. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get into trading as it has simplified the complexity of placing bids, managing multiple positions and most important has decreased my risk on every trade.
