Overview

Quantum SMT Zones Pro is a Smart Money Technique (SMT) divergence indicator for MetaTrader 5 that compares the price action of two correlated instruments and highlights situations where one market fails to confirm the movement of the other.

By identifying SMT divergences and market inefficiencies, the indicator helps traders analyze intermarket relationships, monitor potential shifts in market structure, and identify developing trading opportunities.

The indicator supports any broker and any correlated instrument pair through fully configurable symbol inputs.

What Is SMT Divergence?

SMT (Smart Money Technique) divergence occurs when two correlated markets fail to confirm each other's price movement.

Examples include:

• Gold vs Silver

• NASDAQ 100 vs S&P 500

• GBPUSD vs EURUSD

• Any correlated symbol pair supported by your broker

Bullish SMT Divergence

A bullish SMT divergence occurs when one market creates a lower low while the comparison market fails to create a lower low.

Bearish SMT Divergence

A bearish SMT divergence occurs when one market creates a higher high while the comparison market fails to create a higher high.

These conditions may indicate a potential change in market direction or a developing market imbalance.

Zone Types

PBZ – Potential Buy Zone

PBZ identifies a developing bullish SMT condition.

These zones provide early awareness that a bullish divergence may be forming.

PSZ – Potential Sell Zone

PSZ identifies a developing bearish SMT condition.

These zones provide early awareness that a bearish divergence may be forming.

CBZ – Confirmed Buy Zone

CBZ is generated only after all bullish SMT confirmation conditions have been satisfied.

The RSI value displayed beneath the zone represents the RSI reading recorded at the time of confirmation.

Confirmed Buy Zones do not repaint once generated.

CSZ – Confirmed Sell Zone

CSZ is generated only after all bearish SMT confirmation conditions have been satisfied.

The RSI value displayed above the zone represents the RSI reading recorded at the time of confirmation.

Confirmed Sell Zones do not repaint once generated.

Multi-Timeframe Trading Workflow

Quantum SMT Zones Pro is designed to be used as a multi-timeframe analysis tool.

Step 1 – Establish Higher Timeframe Bias

Start with a higher timeframe such as:

• H4

• H1

Determine directional bias from the most recent confirmed SMT zone.

Examples:

• Recent H4 CBZ = bullish bias

• Recent H4 CSZ = bearish bias

Step 2 – Refine The Bias

Move to an intermediate timeframe such as:

• H1

• M30

Look for SMT confirmations in the same direction as the higher timeframe.

This helps align trading decisions with the prevailing market structure.

Step 3 – Execute On Lower Timeframes

Use:

• M30

• M15

• M5

to identify new CBZ or CSZ formations in the direction of the higher timeframe bias.

The strongest setups typically occur when multiple timeframes align in the same direction.

Example Buy Workflow

1. H4 displays a Confirmed Buy Zone (CBZ).

2. H1 displays a Confirmed Buy Zone (CBZ).

3. M15 generates a new Confirmed Buy Zone (CBZ).

4. Multiple timeframe alignment is achieved.

5. The trader manages the position according to their personal trading plan.

1. H4 displays a Confirmed Sell Zone (CSZ).

2. H1 displays a Confirmed Sell Zone (CSZ).

RSI Information

Each confirmed zone displays the RSI value recorded at the time of confirmation.
