Phase 1 (Trend Check): The 200-period EMA determines the market's major direction.
Phase 2 (Volatility Check): The system ensures no abnormal ATR spikes are present (News Filter).
Phase 3 (Signal Entry): The ML Proxy engine calculates the Z-Score of price deviation. If price is in an extreme anomaly but aligned with the macro trend (along with RSI exhaustion), a trade is executed with a Stealth SL at 1.2×ATR and Stealth TP at 6.0×ATR.
