The Commitments of Traders (COT) report has recently indicated a considerable accumulation of the Euro by major financial institutions. This revelation was initially met with scepticism ( by me as well ), considering the prevailing yield on the U.S. Dollar. However, in a remarkable display of foresight, the COT report accurately pinpointed the precise reversal point in the Dollar's trajectory, validating its predictive capabilities once more. Now that this situation has occurred I prefer to let the self-optimisation and ranging capabilities of BBSO to decide what course to take.
