Combine indicators and create alert when all come true...

So there are two indicators from the mql5 market I have and what I need is the following:

If Indicator 1 gives a signal above/below the borders of Indicator 2 only then I want an alert (Push, Sound, Email).

Right now Indicator 1 gives alerts when a signal appears but I only want an alert when the condition is met, that the signal is above below the buffer of Indicator 2..

Is that possible?
