Enter with BUY AND STOP TOGETHER and then hedge for loosing position

hello,

I need a EA who will:
- enter with one position buy and one position sell at the same time 

- after reach TP of one of this two position will start HEDGE for loosing position

STEP 1

BUY O.1

SELL 0.1

STEP 2

- position buy reach TP so I open BUY 0.2, SELL 0.4 (hedge) to rescue the previesly opened position Sell 0.1 from step 1

or

-position sell reach TP so I open SELL 0.2, Buy 0.4 (hedge) to rescue the previsly opened position buy 0.1 from step 1

STEP 3

heding is continue until reach 0,0 from ALL positions

EA is opening only one position (buy-sell) and after reach 0 from hedging don´t open any inicial position more..
