EA for Binary Options based on CCI Indicator

I would like an EA to be developed for a simple binary options that is based on CCI. The indicator I have been using is the astonishing https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/13597# but this is clearly proprietory and just an example of something very good, so a new source code would have to be written/generated and would need to have the same qualities. The quality of the Tipu CCI is:

- its accuracy

- its reponse to signal/alert: alerts can come during current candle formation and confirm on candle close making it perfect for manual trading

- it does not repaint

The new-coded CCI would have to possess these qualities.

EA would need a range of options:

- multi time-frame: chart, trade times, candle expiries

- be able to accurately open trades within 5-10 seconds of signal confirmation

- variable starting bet

- martingale next signal and martingale next candle options

- variable martingale vaules

- profit/loss limit each chart

- 3 different fully-automated time options for trading (i.e. Asian, London, New York)

- reverse signal trade option

- variable CCI values

The EA must be compatible with Go Markets, GDMFX, Core Liquidity and Grand Capital - stability with these platforms, especially Go Markets is absolutely needed.

I have attached two images to show how trades are taken (green lines ITM next candle 5m chart/5m trade, white lines = next candle OTM and martingale option) - lines = signal candle. CCI setting in images is 4, 5m chart, 5m trade. Trades open at close of 1st candle following CCI colour change.

I am more interested i quality of product rather than quick turnaround of job.
