Tarea técnica

I would like to build an indicator based on Bollinger Band. 

Please have a look at the attached picture. 

When the candle will cross the BB there must be a distance from BB to the close price. 

The candle has to be minimum 20 points and maximum 150 points Highest High and Lowest Low. 

An arrow has to show up 30 sec before closing the price and start blinking if all the specifications are already in place. 

When the candle will close the price and all specs are inline the arrow should stay in the history for the last 1000 candles. 

In variables i would like to have the option to change :

a/ the BB settings, 

b/ distance from Bollinger Band to the closed price  - 20 points  

C/ Candle minimum size  20 points

d/ Candle maximum size 150 points

e/ Arrow warning time  30 sec. 

f/ Arrows color for BUY - Dark Green

g/ Arrows color for Sell - Orange 

h/ Arrows distance from the Highest High or Lowest Low level  - 15 points

Please add time expiration for this indicator and protection in the code for account NAME (not account number) .
