EA by ranges

I need a EA that monitors a price range (maximum and minimum) in a given period of time determined by me and once the monitoring period finished, it places a stop sell order one tick below the minimum of the range and stop buy order one tick above the maximum. These orders with lojate, stop loss and take profit modifiable by me too.
