Development of MT5 Copy-Trader EA with External API License Validation and Stripe Integration or paypal

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced MQL5 and Web Developer to create a complete automated copy-trading infrastructure for MetaTrader 5 with a subscription/licensing system. 

The project consists of three main components:

1. MT5 Slave EA (Copiador): 

An Expert Advisor for MT5 that receives trading signals from a master account (via a web server, WebSockets, or a database like Firebase/MySQL) and replicates them instantly on the client's MT5 account (compatible with brokers like Pepperstone and IC Markets). It must include proportional lot sizing controls.

2. License Verification System (API):

Upon startup, the EA must make a secure web request to an external API to validate if the client's MT5 account number or a specific 'License Key' is authorized and active in my database. If the license is valid, it runs; if not, it alerts the user and closes.

3. Payment Gateway Automation (Stripe Webhook):

A backend script (Node.js, Python, or similar) to connect Stripe payments with the database. When a customer pays a monthly subscription via Stripe, their license must activate automatically. If the subscription is canceled or fails, the license must be deactivated immediately.

Please provide examples of similar copy-trading or licensing systems you have developed in the past.
