EA that purchases binary options when price reaches a threshold

Real time values are monitored and compared to a predefined threshold based on the use of custom setting Bollinger bands.

When the value of one of the instruments reaches the threshold must trigger the action of purchasing a binary option for that instrument on the site of the broker I use

UPDATE:

in order to answer some of the applicants

- the broker i use doesn't have MT4 or API offers

- i am expecting the candidates to tell me what their basic architecture will be and if can satisfy all the requirements (it can be on private communication), the price for the final product (range is fine), if i need to activate any subscription to any service to use as data source, the time expected for delivery.
