I would like  an indicator :

Rules:


Buy signal:

If the CLOSE on bar (1) is higher than the HIGH of the previous bar (2) and the Close on bar (1) is higher than HIGH of the bar three bars back (4), then buy signal,    marked with a blue arrow and e-mail notification.


Sell signal:

If the CLOSE on bar (1) is lower than the LOW of the previous bar (2) and the Close on bar (1) is lower than the low of the bar three bars back (4), then sell signal,    marked with a red arrow and e-mail notification.
