An Exper Advisor based on trend like I mean (positive and negative)

Hello everyone....i need an EA for automatic trading in a 15 min timeframe. It should  First identify a trend: On a dynamic support and resistance level, there must be at least two higher lows and two higher highs for a positive trend, and conversely, at least two lower highs and two lower lows for a negative trend. If the trend is positive, at the end of the retracement, i.e., after two consecutive bullish candles following a bearish candle, a long position is opened with a trailing stop of 20 points, take profit at the next significant resistance level, and stop loss 40 point below the first support. If the trend is negative, at the end of the retracement, i.e., after two consecutive bearish candles following a bullish candle, a short position is opened with a trailing stop of 20 points, take profit at the next significant support level, and stop loss 40 point above the first resistance. The short or long position should be opened each time two consecutive candles in the trend’s direction are preceded by one of the opposite color. Multiple positions can be opened without waiting for the previous one to close.
