Tarea técnica

I would like a simple alert indicator built with a few functions. I would like a dashboard so I can see all of the pairs that meet the alert criteria. First I want an alert when the candled stick crosses and closes above or below the 20 SMA Time frames: 1hr 4hr and daily. On the dashboard, the alert indicator would stay lit for the duration of one candle. Also I want a dashboard alert to follow the ADX and signal an alert when the 5 min 15 min 30 min 1 hr 4 hr and daily are all in the same direction simultaneously. So either up or down, buy or sell, red or green. I would like email alert capability.
