Tarea técnica

I require an EA for MT4/MT5. The EA will trade based on my given parameters. 

I would like it to have customized options which I can explain in more details once someone accepts the job. 

The EA is quite simple and should not be hard to code but I need it to work perfectly and developer needs to iron out bugs and I need the ability to test it 

to make sure all is working well. So I would expect a level of patience to do this. I am a perfectionist.
