Custom MT5 Gold Trading Bot for Vantage Cent Account (XAUUSD.sc)

I need a new custom MT5 Expert Advisor for XAUUSD.sc on my Vantage cent account.

I do not have a ready trading strategy. Please propose simple, specific entry, exit and risk rules first. I will approve the rules before development starts.

The EA must open and close trades automatically, place a stop loss on every trade, and have adjustable lot size and maximum loss settings. I do not want martingale or increasing lot sizes to recover losses.

Deliverables: full .mq5 source code, compiled .ex5 file, a settings guide, and an MT5 backtest report. I need lifetime use without an expiry date, subscription or account lock. Please test it on a demo account using XAUUSD.sc if available.

My maximum total cost is INR 4,000, including any platform charges. Please state your proposed rules, deliverables and final price before I select a developer.
