EA for MT4 and maybe MT5

I need an EA that uses three strategies, two different and one being the combination of the two.

EA will be a trend follower, entry, exit, and so on will be based on the values of 5 indicators.

Eg. When price is above x line and the volume is there, buy. When price is below x or y line, close trade.

First strategy will be a Snowball/Pyramid type, EA will open one market order and one pending order in the direction of market order, when price moves x% of ATR from first trade, another trade will be opened and SL will secure the first position. And so on. If pending order is triggered and price starts to move in the order direction, same principle will pe applied.

Eg. EA opens one BUY order carrying a 2% risk with SL at y*ATR, and one BUY LIMIT carrying 0.5% risk at x% the distance between the open price of first trade and SL, and having the same SL as market order.

Second strategy will be a Scale Out type, EA will open 3 trades, 2 market orders and one pending, one of the market orders will be closed at x% of ATR and the other will be secured with SL, and it will run until SL is touched or when one of the indicators will give the signal to exit. This strategy will have a TrailingStop. If the pending order is triggered, same principle as for the second trade applies.

The 3 ^rdstrategy will be a combination of previous two, EA will open 3 positions, two market orders and one pending, one market order will have the TP at x% of ATR and second position will follow the Snowball/Pyramid strategy, EA opening a second position when price reaches x% of ATR, and secures the first trade. If the pending order is triggered, same principle as for the second trade applies.

EA will:   -open trades at/between different times based on the time frame;

              -work with percentages and not fixed pips;

              -calculate the risk in % for every trade based on equity(and it will be able to calculate the risk for forex, metals and stocks);

              -have SL and TP hidden (maybe storing the values for TP and SL);

              -work only with his trades;

              -have most of the parameters available in the input menu;

              -continue to manage his trades in case of power fail, OS crash, terminal or chart is closed, etc.               

More details will be given at a later time 

I have a basic understanding of mql4 so, EA’s indicators should be easily replaced. If I want to replace one of the indicators with another, I should be able to do it.  EA will run on MT4 but if the bundle price is good, I want a MT5 version as well.

For MT4 I can provide the indicators and a part of the code that I wrote, it is not very clean, but maybe it will be a little help.
