Tarea técnica

I would like an indicator that ONLY alerts me when the price action reaches overbought (70) and undersold (30) RSI levels but stays above my 380 EMA. At the moment I am receiving too many false alerts since there are only indicators that provide alerts for each individual indicator within a strategy.
