1) Trade Entry (two custom indicators plus fractal filter)
2) Trade Exit (one custom indicator plus one MA)
3) Cycle settings (EA uses custom indicator settings to decide when a new entry can be made)
4) Lookback settings (EA looks back over previous candles to decide when to enter)
5) Breakeven SL/TP setting (based on candle count)
6) Additional Take Profit setting (based on candle count)
7) Volatility setting (for use with Range Bars)
8) Cease Trading setting (stop trading after next trade close)
9) Standard settings:
