HELP Please !!! Payment Problem

I purchased 1 month VPS from the desktop application. Instead of giving me access to it, now only the web site shows a balance of $15 in my account. When i try to purchase VPS it takes me back to the application where i already paid and there when i try to select MQL5 funds, i cannot select that

MT5 Totally Screwed after recent Update

Hello Everyone ! My MT5 Desktop app is now completely screwed after the recent update. It is now sluggish not responding to even the basic EAs and gets stuck rendering it totally unusable. So much so that even the windows explorer gets stuck. I have tried all solutions from re installing , windows
