Do you manage to retrieve your private channel chat ID?
Simple solution:
1. Convert your "private" channel become "public" channel..
2. Login your account using Telegram web through any browser.. https://web.telegram.org
3. Find your channel.. Look at your url address, it should be like https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=c1234567890_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx..
4. Grab "1234567890" and add "-100" as a prefix.
5. Your Telegram channel chat id will be "-1001234567890"..
6. Convert your "public" channel become "private" channel..
