i was trying to add new product , every thing was working ok until attach file step , although i am trying to attach ".ex4" file but i received an error telling me that only ".ex4" files are allowed compile using new compiler

recently i have downloaded tick history for EURUSD since Jan 1, 2004 till now, but the problem when i back test any EA on any time frame using every tick mode, the back test stops at July 2 , 2008, so what is the possible problem that cause this
