With the new builds for MT4, it appears as though the importing of historical data to the History Center is no longer allowed thereby restricting back tests to the use of inadequate data. What are various solutions to dealing with the problem of inadequate historical data in MT4
Weird Problem
One of my MT4 platforms is an Alpari 509 build that I've always kept offline for back testing since the history data I've imported to its History Center has always remained imported with no problems. For some reason, the latest EA I've tried to back test on the platform won't produce any results

Are the values of the spread settings for the Strategy Tester actually a tenth of the shown values? For instance, is a spread setting of '2' actually a spread of 0.2

Can somebody tell me where the AppData folder is? The pathway in the Data Folder shows that the AppData folder should be in the 'user name' folder.
