Panel that allows comparing SMA/EMA and ADX on diferent timerframes needed

Hello Freelancers,

I am in need of a program that will help me with finding trends for currency pairs faster.

The basic concept is pretty simple - the currencry pair has to meet all 3 criteria to be listed in the box. Criteria beeing:

1/ For selected time frame ( M1 to MN possible) the 4 moving averages have to be in order (first row of boxes in the picture)

SMA(5)>SMA(6)>SMA(7)>SMA(8)

I can select either SMA or EMA to be checked.

2/ Exactly same as above. Allows me to check two diferent timeframes. (second row of boxes in the picture.)

3/ ADX above certain value.

Picture illustrates more less what I would like to see. Starting top left is the timeframe selection (from M1 to MN) for first sma/ema set. Then there are 4 boxes in a row, each of them I can select either sma or ema and insert a period number (please leve space for 3 digits). Second row is the exact copy of the first. ADX has a number value next to it that I can change. Refresh is the time between each check/update. If I select 5 that it means the program will run the check every 5 min. Please leave space for 3 digits, value in minutes. I think the refresh times should be delayed by little bit (1-3 seconds?) in order to compensate for data transfer time. Also the times has to be fixed during each hour. Chossing 5 min means that the program will run 12:05 , 12:10, 12:15. Choosing 10 min, will mean the program will run 12:10, 12:20, 12:30 etc. At the very bottom I would to find the list of currency pairs that match all 3 criteria. If possible I would very much prefer them to be list in row one after another to save space.

EDIT: I would like to add little info in front of the currency pairs "Data for 12:05:" - this will I will know when the program last updated.
