I am looking for a professional, top-tier MQL5 developer to build a semi-automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5. I have a fully completed, detailed Master Technical Specification Document attached, alongside a  formatted 4-column User Input Configuration spreadsheet. And a high level overview with screen shots.

Core System Features:

- State Machine Architecture (Factor 1 Baseline Setup -> Factor 2 Filter -> Factor 3 Pivot Execution Trigger).

- Multi-Mode Inputs (Manual Horizontal Line, Manual Trendline, EMA Bounce, Pivot Only). - Highly modular strategy switches (All trend EMAs, ADX Linear Regression Slope, AO Momentum, and Fast EMA Smoothness must be individually toggled via True/False inputs).

- Dual-Execution Engine (User selectable dropdown to choose between 'On Candle Close + Buffer Pips' or 'On Live Touch Intraday Tick + Buffer Pips' for breakouts).

- Strict account protection safeguards (Two-Stage Break-Even trail, Pivot Proximity Lock, and an Emergency Tick Velocity Protocol).

- Custom Visual Display Protocol (Must plot the historical Main Pivot Line only as a continuous stepped line using indicator buffers DRAW_LINE, hiding all S/R levels). Requirements:
