Simple EA for IBKR platform to Add Adjustable Trailing Distance

Need IBKR c++ API solution to add a bit of extra capability in area of trailing stop and unlimited GTC. C++ API for IBKR none negotiable, this not python project.

For trailing user will fill in a simple table that says what trailing distance should be at given distance from initial stop price. This table is about 6 long max. For each order.

For unlimited GTC, due to fact that IBKR cancels pending orders after some time , this EA must ensure no order is ever cancelled from users perspective, even if it means the EA cancels the order and creates new one when auto expiry is close etc. 

This is hopefully a long term project to add many more features but for now we start with those 2 above.
