Commissioning an Expert Adviser that uses two moving averages crossing to execute a buy or a sell order.  A buy order is to be placed when the value of one MA is greater than the other and a sell order when the value of the second MA is less than the first.  This EA will work on all pairs and time frames.  There will not be a stop loss in place because of the buy and sell orders taking place, the bot will only take profits when a trade has closed, and another trade is opened.
