Create an EA With GUI and Simple logic

Hello there,

If I forgot something and you want to clarify, please le me know. (I've attached a bot with does the order part with a simple logic mql5 if it can help)

Requirements 

1. The idea is to create a GUI displyed on the graph on the left as follow:
   
   
   
2. The panel will contain a grid and only display Symboles with open position or order as follow + one button:
   
   
1. Close And Cancel all: 
1. Close and cancel all in the same line as a symbol: we close all positions and cancel all orders for that symbole
2. Close and Cancel all in the "Total" line: we close all positions and cancel all orders for all the symboles
2. Edit SL OR TP: It opens a dialog with an input 'New SL or New TP' and two buttons:
1. Cancel: just closes the dialog
2. Update: update the SL or TP of that Symbole for all open orders and open positions
3. Create New Order: opens a new dialog with the following inputs:
   
   
1. If SL or TP = 0; create alert and don't do anything
2. If EntryPrice = 0; use current Ask for Buy, and current Bid for Sell
3. Example: example of Gold, Current price is 1900
   With params : SL = 2000; TP = 1800; EntryPrice = 0; Total Steps = 5; Type = SELL
   It will create 5 Sell Limit order as follow:
