signal subscription

i have subscribed to a signal but im not getting anything from the signal provider .the signal appears under (my subscriptions )but when i check the signal in full detail it says i must subscribe..

i have highlighted the problems in red

i did but they never reply i even sent them an email the contact number never goes through

I do not think they reply on same day - it takes some days. 
But it is better to contact with them anyway.
