Disabled signal

My Signal is having a problem as attached screen shot, 

The problem is happen because I entered the wrong investor password, but it should be correct for now.

Already did, but they said I should ask support from the forum..

I am confused how to request support

The problem is at your end.

Put the correct investor password and your signal will work properly.

I don't understand what support you want for that?

My signal status is "subscription not permitted"

I need support to reinstate the status to can be subscribed..

You can't publish a new signal with an account that was previously used to publish another signal in MQL5.

Try with another account.

If change to another account, I will lost my trading account previous history.

Any other solution so I can keep my existing trading account as signal in MQL5 ?

There will be a reason why subscription is not permitted.

Maybe the signal provider is waiting to be registered as a seller.

There is nothing you can do until if/when it is permitted.

About a month ago I subscribed to <> long-term signal. I deposited $700 into mql5 account but I only needed to put $60 in so I asked PayPal to refund the 700 which they did now it says all in all signals subscription not permitted. Do I need to pay the $60 again 2 fulfill payment somewhere because I have a zero balance right now maybe that is why I can't?
