If you are having real account (if it was already opened) so yes: you can go to any demo for many/any brokers and to all/most of your reals just downloading one MT4 for example.

If you are talking about the openning real account with some broker so you can try but it depends on the broker (many broklers prefer to open real account by visiting their websites for example).
