Help MT5 charts not updating

Ok so I am logged in with alpari mt5 demo,  i can see the prices moving from the market watch window but none of my charts for 6 major pairs will show new bars after 11-16-2012. all the other pairs charts i open say "Waiting for Update" for a short moment then show me the bars for today on the chart, but not my 6 majors or nzdusd, does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

Try to open 1 minute chart one symbol after another, not all symbol at the same time. But I think you should try another broker (see picture in here https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/7028#comment_216914 ) coz there are report from other user that they have erratic problem with Alpari US, like here from user MarketArt (https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/8768#comment_361075).

But my M1 data only goes back a few months, whereas other timeframes go back many more and even years.

you are absolutely right, another mt5 worked just not alpari.  ok thank you!
 
Johnny, I'm trying to test with freak freak free and junior results but I can not. I have account in ActivTrades and use mt5. What better setting for eur / usd? I am interested in buying the freak junior after testing. hug
 
This is a broker problem, we cann't fix it on the terminal.

I guess you wrote this before you emailed me privately.  If you have any other questions more than what we have talked about already, let me know!

Did you mistakenly Turn off autoscroll? AutoScroll

Any ideas why my charts are moving but the live profit / loss isn't changing in active trades ? It is on my phone but not on my tablet.. it just randomly stopped last night and I, so confused!  It makes the platform impossible for scalping as I don't know my price movement
