Anything above $500 mostly means that the author has no intention of making profits with trading Ea, since he doesn't trust it enough, but selling it and have people's money on the line.

Given the fact the developer also has to provide support .

 

Actually, there is no profitable EA as commercially.

I spend too much money and time.

I could not find it.

You should improve your trading style and after that you can arrange an EA.

Otherwise, you get too much disappointment.

 

As per live performance, ready to pay whatever cost. Trial version must be their. Live performance prove should be there.  

 
It really depends if it is safe and profitable
