Platform scatters when i start PC

Whenever I shut down my PC and start the PC again, only the charts are visible in my trading terminal. All other paarameters such as NAVIGATOR, PERIODICITY, TERMINAL, STATUS BAR, ETC disappear. I have to start input such parameters again manually. As a result of this i have uninstalled and reinstalled the trading terminal MT4 severally but the issue persists. Please how do i stop this, so i can meet the trading terminal in its correct form whenever i start my computer? Please help

Did Omar's advice worked with you ? 

It should work (logically) ... otherwise, try to View the Navigator and other windows manually then restart the platform ...

I use this procedure to prevent losing the EA(s) settings if newly added to an account if a sudden restart happened to the PC or VPS.
