I am facing the same issue. I have subscribed to one signal which is working fine but I subscribed an other signal for my second account but even after logging to community tab in the options window. After logging to second account I receive SMS that you have logged in but I always see error "not connected. select from the signals database" under Signals tab. If I log in to my first account that shows every thing. Please assist how to resole this issue. What is the mystery behind. is there any support links where we can submit ticket?
Not sure if related, but I had been able to subscribe to a signal couple of days ago, but now it seemed I couldn't unsubscribe or do anything. I was shown as disconnected.
I went in my mql5.com profile, and changed the password.
I could login again with the new password.

I failed to renew my subscriptions from last week. Each time I try MQL5 system gives an error message that "subscription failed". I tried contacting the service desk and their response was that I should contact the technical section. The technical section has not yet responded. What could be the problem and is there a way somebody can assist me resolve it?
You can check the signal - it may be the subscription is prohibited there.
Besides, look at Community tab in Metatrader (it should be filled), and check the subscription procedure once again just in case you missed some step for example -

Thanks a lot for helping out. I have just found out that when I am logged on all of the signals are prohibited for me, but when I have logged out those that are available can be copied. I start to wonder if it is my account which has problem? For those available when I try to copy them I still have the error "financial limitation - operation not available" I have tried writing to the technical team and the service desk to no avail. I am out of business right now. I will attach the error message
