Problem with MT4 tester

You simply have to enlarge your Strategy Tester window. Place your mouse on the border between the Strategy Tester window and the graphics, click and drag the border 2 or 3 cm higher.

Hi,
I use the MT4 platform with fxcm account (the platform was loaded from fxcm web site).
I use tester to challenge EAs, but unfortunately, some setting in the tester window have disappeared after a period of use,
mainly the possibility to choose between visual test or not, and for visual mode the possibility to change the rate.
I tried to install again the platform but the bug was not corrected.
Please, I need help.
