Since we are in trading business, maybe you've heard the term : Supply and Demand.
Maybe it's too much supply in agents and less demand for cloud.
Good afternoon.
I have installed MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester, in the settings I specified my login to mql5, did I do it right?
Another question: when do agents mostly perform tasks, at night or during the day?
I have a laptop with a 1.83 GHz dual-core processor, is there any sense in giving out power with such a processor?
Another question. How to make MetaTester64 service use only one, the second core. I can give out half of power round the clock, but only the second core. If I disable the first service and leave the second one, which core will be used, the second or any of the two? Are they somehow tied to cores or not?
One last question. Is it realistic to earn a month's pay for internet (I have 20$/month)?
Is it realistic to make money in a month (for me it's $20/month)?
About the first question it is already clear. Agents are visible in the profile on the site, so everything is correct. "Intel Core2 Duo T5550 @ 1.83GHz, 2046MB."
About the question about profitability, also clear. Thanks St.Vitaliy, I calculated "by eye" and came to the conclusion that for a month if you are lucky, will gain 1...2, maybe a little more. Based on the example given at the beginning of the topic, for $1 profit my computer should perform about 20 000 passes ))))
There is still a question about the load on the cores. How to allocate only the second one, if it is possible....

I think there is no binding, the processes just use the free cores, but you can experiment. Disable the first service and look at the task manager.
In general, quit it, you will earn only a few cents, but you may waste a lot of time on studying it.

Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz, 8173MB - 26K passes, 32 cents/1.5 months
The core load can be balanced via Task Manager: select a process, right-click context menu - there you can "set matching"
What does "error 520" mean?
And what can I do to avoid it?

I found an error, it was related to arrays, a single run went through without errors, but in the cloud I got error 520.
