Copying positions from MT5 to MT4

Go to the Market tab above.
Click on MT4 Experts or MT5 Experts
Click on Free
Search Copy Mt4 or Copy MT5 and about a dozen free copies come up you can download and install automatically from your terminal. Vary the search slightly and you will get a different selection. Like Copy MT5 to MT4 or whatever you want.

Both MT4 and MT5 are in the same computer.
I'm not interested in any of the paid options.
I've tried the free EAs I've found googling and in the codebase but most of them seem to be outdated. In other cases when I try to compile the code there are tons of errors (maybe outdated also??).
Any of you know a method that actually works?
Any other ideas?
The reason why I'm trying to do this is because I have a live account with a MT4 broker (IronFX) but I found a MT5 EA I really liked ( https://www.mql5.com/en/code/919 ).
BTW: Don't suggest to rewrite the EA to MT5 because I have no idea how to do that.
Any other solution I missed is also welcome!
