EA installed on my windows tablet but I need it on my desktop

Can someone please help me. I'm in a bit of bother here. I just paid for my first bot and now found out it won't run on the machine I need it on :(

What problems? What operating system on your computer?

It seems like the bot is saying in the expert window log. something about licence not valid for that terminal. so I copy the whole terminal over but still not working and just rewrites itself a new terminal and dismisses mine

You will have to write to ServiceDesk you will get an answer tomorrow probably.
