Make a picture. Show me which holes you're talking about. There are vertical breaks on the chart. They appear after periodic retraining of the indicator. This is the approach. Nothing can be done about it. I have no horizontal holes (absence of quotes) at any time interval.

Write a script like this:

1. Take any two symbols.
2. Go(i) from the zero bar (M1 to illustrate) to the beginning of the history.
3. The script stops and unpaints at the place where Symbol1_Time[i] != Symbol2_Time[i].

aha. and it can be simpler - count the number of bars on the same interval.

Tried to upload and it won't load - it doesn't offer to add to the chart (although the file downloads). What is wrong?

There is something with the name of mymql_v201.mqh file ... (because of "_" symbol ...) so I changed the name to MyMQLv21.mqh and changed this name inside this indicator too (two files are attached). And it works for now.
