1. Service desk should solve that, it's their server :(.
2. LOL @ me. I was thinking about password recovery, which later I thought that never work though.
3. Windows Easy Transfer or Windows File and Setting Transfer. Google that, for example, "How to transfer File and Setting from Windows XP to Windows Server 2003". Basically we just replicating some part of our computer file and setting to target computer. It may work, but we still won't get the passwords.
Can't find the passwords, well bring the computer up there, can't bring computer up there, well replicate it. :)
Just some ideas, hopes other have better than mine - and share.

It's in the mail ! :). Login the account you want to trade > open MT5 toolbox Ctrl + T > click Mailbox tab > double click subject : account registration (the subject title may different with each broker).> there you have it.
