Discussion of article "MQL5 Cookbook: Implementing Your Own Depth of Market" - page 2

Hi! Market Book is usually only available on the exchange markets. Connect to any exchange and use it!

hi there, thanks for the article, very straightforward.

Im trying to call some "N" dephts of market on the EA and im trying to modify the MarketBoook.mqh code in order create new doubles and integers that could "invoke" those 2nd, 3rd, "N" dephts directly , without looping and wasting time.

edit:i managed to do it, coding some new integers and doubles inside the MarketBoook file, and now im calling then from other mq5's.

the question that remains is: is there some other way that would be more efficient, or is that, as you show in the article, the most optimized way of doing so?

thanks a lot

I apologise, but I downloaded the archive to the article and did not find the class itself there

The Trade folder is not present in the attached zip file.

It's true, there's a file in the middle, the MarketBook class is missing to compile it.

The .ZIP file has an error in the marketbook.mqh file, which you can download the correct one from this link. https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/1683

It brings practical approach to the trading theory described in the article "Principles of Exchange Pricing through the Example of Moscow Exchange's Derivatives Market".

I join the previous comment. MarketBook.mq5 file is not compiled - it does not find CMarketBook class (#include <Trade\MarketBook.mqh> - there is no such file in the attachment).

The file is there, I haven't tried compiling it. Look in the code, maybe the wrong directory is specified....

Downloaded the archive. I can't find the class.
CMarketBook

As far as I understand the class should be in the file #include <Trade\MarketBook.mqh> . I downloaded a new terminal. This file did not appear.

The MarketBook.mqh file is in the archive. But there is no description of the main class, and there is a line #include <Trade\MarketBook.mqh> in it.

Where to get the class

CMarketBook

Friends, the code base of the price glass is actively developing. The assembly of the glass of prices included in the last version of the article includes new features, the structure of its codes has been significantly revised. That's why the system of file arrangement was broken.

In this regard, it was decided to roll back the price glass to the previous version. We did it also to make the material in the article correspond to the attached code base.

The standard version of the glass will be available soon, after the moderator's check. You can also download the standard glass assembly attached to this message.
