I don't know. They have been carefully studied (may be).

There are maintenance costs to consider.

Anyway, the minimum price greatly varies from signal to signal and is always how much you are willing to pay for it.

It's hard to answer. Surely, there is no choice under US$ 20. It's a pity :)
