Multiple EA triggers at the same time?

Greetings,

I started to study EAs recently. I found an EA on the market which I liked, and I'm curious, is it possible for an EA to trigger trades on multiple accounts simultaneously running only 1 only a single client?

Some less important questions:

I ran several tests, with many different settings on the EA mentioned above, always resulting in profit. How reliable these result are? (MT4)

What are those nasty "chart errors" at the report tab? It seemed that they don't really affect the results. Do they?

One EA per account unless you make that one account send out a signal that can be picked up by more accounts.

Tester : Not reliable at all.

Errors:  A result from mismatch the tick generating algo will simply fill in the blanks.
