How not? Everything is there. It is enough to change the extension to make it work (except for trading functions and working with indicators/timeseries).
 
Yeah, I looked, it's exactly there ) only for one inclusion there is no #include <Trade\DealInfo.mqh>, which is used in my project. if I'm in the mood, maybe I'll port it for mt4 sometime.
