Delay in copying signal

Hello, I am currently subscribing to a signal and their is a varying time in the copy of the trades! Some up to 12 min. Anybody, can help figure this one out in finding why I am experiencing this problem?
Did you guys find out more about this delay (latency) in copying??
Do you use VPS hosting for the signal you are copying?
Have you checked that your broker is compatible with the signal's (under the slippage tab)?
12 miin dealy is huge, something is not going right.

Check your internet connection. Restart your computer. Worst case, reinstall metatrader. That happened to me once.
