MQL5 SIGNAL COPYING X2 TRADES PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I have subscribed to a signal service, set up mt4, purchased a VPS in MT4 and.....

It appears that the mt4 is copying x2 trades resulting in large losses, I have checked my account vs the history of the signal provider and I clearly have x2 trades where only 1x is listed. It seems to happen when my pc is not running. This has resulted in large losses and im not sure how to fix this problem? The vps seems fine and it doesn't copy x2 all the time only it seems when the pc is closed.

you have to write to the Service Desk, so they can take a look at your account and find out what, exactly, is happening.

Sometimes this happens when price quotes are very different between your broker and signal broker. Don't use this signal with your broker, or with your particular account type.

After subscribing to a new signal, always set "use no more than 5% of your deposit" settings for a couple of days to confirm it is compatible with your broker and account type.

Contact Service desk tho, maybe they will refund you the signal subscription costs.

Hi rshuwy,

The common mistake is not being able to start and synchronise the VPS. 

When VPS starts auto trading from meta trader on the local pc is disabled, and people enable the auto trading again which means the VPS will not be trading at the same time.

And when the PC is shutdown the trading stops while we think VPS is active.
