I am using a demo/practice account and whenever I try to input a new order (or even close out an existing order) I get a message in the dialogue box that the order is accepted, but the order is not actually accepted. The dialogue box stays open and I have no choice but to click "cancel order." I cannot even close down the dialogue box because the close button in the upper right corner is disabled.
Even an order which hit the stop loss price failed to close out the position at the stop loss price.
I did experiment a bit with the expert advisors function a bit, and I suspect that may have something to do with the problem.
I have already shut down my computer and restarted. Logged out and back into all my accounts. Closed down all my open currency pairs charts and reopened them. Tried opening new practice accounts. And I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. I am still having the problem.
