Where can I track the Gold price (Spot Gold, Gold Bugs Index, etc)?

I'm looking for a way to access technical charts for Gold and Silver Prices, whether spot price or index charts.

I just downloaded a MetaTrader4 Demo account but it only appears to include currency pairs and a small group of stocks.

Any info or advice on this would be appreciated, thanks.

or the bullionvault charts are open on my pc all the time http://bullionvault.com/gold-price-chart.do

Thanks for the reply Goldbug Kev. I use the BullionVault charts myself as it happens, as they have a very user friendly look and feel. : )

I'm actually trying to find a place where I can see more technical analysis such as weekly/monthly moving averages etc. I thought MetaTrader would be the place to find all this, but they seemed to have removed the Gold/Silver and various stock charts from their demo account platform recently..

Does anyone know where else to look..?

Aha, problem solved. One of the very nice gentlemen at ODL Markets has just explained to me how to use the MetaTrader Platform correctly to access all the info I couldn't find..! : )
