Last week while trading the wild EUR/USD movements. I kept getting a "Trade Disabled" message when I tried to close or modify an existing open order.
The problem was sporadic, but it happened either after a "Buy Stop" or a "Sell Stop" kicked in, and the market quickly turned against the trade. I was trading off the 1, & 5 minute charts...
I won't mention who my broker is, but I had conversations with five different "trade specialists", and they all said "that can't happen", or "I've never seen it happen."
They thought I was just making it up, so I could get reimbursed for the losses. After I actually took a picture of my screen and sent it to them, that I got their attention, but no resolve....
Any feedback on this?
